Checkmate Cancer! Holiday Toy Drive

Checkmate, Cancer & Friends are inviting you to spread the holiday warmth by donating a toy or gift to a child on the Pediatric Oncology floor @ the NYU Tisch Hospital & the Hassenfeld Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
Last year we raised just short of two thousand dollars, and collected hundreds of toys, kindles, and other gifts which we then distributed to the children spending in holidays at the hospital.
This year, as always, we set the bar higher. We plan to meet more kids, and buy more toys. We want to be able to brighten up the holidays of more patients and their families. But we can't do it without you.
We collect toys from all the boroughs in New York. If you are interested in purchasing a toy and having it picked up, please email [email redacted]. If you are unable to buy a toy, please donate to this great project and our team will buy a toy for a child on your behalf. If you would like to request a specific toy please do so in the comment box with your donation. In addition, if you would like to write a message to one of the patients please do so in the comment box (or message us) & we will include a beautiful hand written card on your behalf.
It costs very little to make the holidays happier and brighter for these kids. Please contribute today =)
