A New Nest for the Byrd's Nest

Hello!
I am Randall Byrd the owner and baker for The Byrd's Nest Bakery, LLC. I officially started my business 1 year ago and am definitely making my mark in the area. Unfortunately, starting a business from the ground up on your own, while working full time and taking care of your family is quite a challenge, but I know it can be done successfully. Baking in and of itself is a very detail-oriented and time consuming science that requires the freedom to get in the kitchen whenever the need arises. It is for this reason, after much consideration and prayer, I have decided to ask for the help of friends, family and dedicated customers.

I am hoping to raise funds to secure space in a commercial kitchen for one full year. This space will allow me 24 hour access giving me the ability to accept last minute as well as large orders for my customers. A dough sheeter will also be purchased in order to prepare croissants (my top seller) more efficiently. An additional piece of equipment I would like to purchase is a commercial sized mixer for larger orders such as wedding cakes and catering events.

Gaining support for these simple things will catapult The Byrd's Nest to the next level which in turn allows me to saturate the market and eventually grow my business into a full-time brick and mortar business. Most importantly, it would be a dream come true to have the opportunity to delight customers with delectable treats on a daily basis.
