Hello! My name is Brittany Bruce and I am so honored and excited to be selected as an official contestant for Miss Missouri USA 2015! As Miss Greater Kansas City USA, I look forward to representing my hometown with pride! This pageant leads directly to the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants televised nationally on NBC, all of which are owned by Donald Trump, and serve as one of the most esteemed and prestigious pageantries in the world.
No, I'm not your typical "pageant girl". I'm a current full-time medical student at The University of Kansas and former Division I athlete at Baylor. But, I believe these experiences allow me to represent more than just beauty on stage and that's exactly why this opportunity is so unique and special to me. I have a lot of work to do, however, to be ready for the Miss Missouri USA pageant in November. There's an extensive $900 pageant sponsorship fee that covers production costs, hotel stays, meals, and so on for pageant weekend. I'm also responsible for an evening gown, swimsuit, business attire, and pageant coach fees. As a full-time medical student, money doesn't quite come easily. And if you've ever had to ask for sponsors, you know it's not the easiest thing to do. This is one of the most exciting things I've ever had the chance to be a part of and it would mean so incredibly much to me if you would help support me on my quest for Miss Missouri USA!
