Support Brian Paretti's Family

Hastings on Hudson native and local business owner Brian Paretti passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 3, 2016.
He leaves behind three loving daughters and a loving wife, along with nieces and nephews and let's not forget many friends within our village.
Brian and his older brother Tom have owned and operated Paretti plumbing in Hastings-on-Hudson for decades, it's safe to say they may have worked in every house in this town. More than likely in the dead of winter when you could call either of them and they would come to help you get your heat turned on, most likely leaving their warm beds and warm houses with their families.
With any unexpected death there comes a lot of expenses and even maybe more expenses afterwards.
Especially when you're left to sort out a business you've never worked in and figure out what to do when that business was potentially 50% of your household income if not more.
I started this page simply as a friend of Brian's, I've known Brian and Tommy my whole life. Tom has volunteered in the fire Dept. for over 50 years. They are like family to me, my firehouse and to this town! Let s not forget Brian's Wife and Girls and the struggles they may have moving forward.
Let's work together as a community to ease some of that burden for Brian Paretti's family, even the smallest amount helps.
The willingness to lend a hand in this town is unmatched and it's what makes Hastings so great. It's what made me who I am today with its support to my family when I lost my dad 10 years ago.
People don't forget and that means a lot to families who have lost loved ones. Let's honor Brian and his dedication to this town by helping out his family however we can.
