HELP SUPPORT BRIAN CALLENDER

Anyone who's ever had the pleasure of knowing Brian Callender knows he's one of the most loyal, generous, and truly selfless people you could ever know.  About a month ago, after an emergency trip to the hospital, he was diagnosed with cancer.  At the time, just like many of us, he did not have health insurance and the costs for the initial round of tests alone were astronomical.

In hopes of trying to somehow get himself out of his massive amount of debt on his own - less than two weeks after his extensive surgery - Brian forced himself to attempt going back to work at his fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.  But after a few unbearably painful shifts that should have never happened, the overwhelming physical demand of the job (serving, bussing, and carrying huge trays of food non-stop for hours on end) proved to be far too much for his body to handle and he was given no choice but to take a leave of absence.  Now he is being told that he will be unable to work for at least a few months if he wants to properly recover. Meanwhile, all of those astronomical medical bills keep piling up.

We know he is definitely not the type of person to ever admit he needs help (EVEN WHEN IT IS TRULY NEEDED) but after hearing about the kind of pain he's still in - as well as the sheer magnitude of his growing debt - it became abundantly clear that we couldn't just stand by and do nothing.

This is someone who means a lot to us so anything you can contribute to help support our dear friend Brian would mean more to us than words could ever express.
