Study Bibles for saved inmates

This campaign is to purchase KJV study Bibles to help the saved prison inmates grow in the Lord.


A prison ministry that's really working   to bring  inmates to the Lord and encourage them  through Bible principals  and God's word.   : )   I need your help to get  study Bibles for the ones who are saved!

 
 Some inmates have repeatedly asked me to get them a study Bible so they can understand what they're reading. Some  have never heard anything about the Bible or Jesus and are starving for information, and some are ready to dig in and learn whatever they can!  These study Bibles have a concordance, some have dictionaries, all have plenty of extra information including chapter outlines and footnotes.

The jail rules regarding mail are very strict, and they need to be. The only way I can get a study Bible to a specific inmate is it must be brand new,  and shipped directly from the manufacturer to the inmate.

This is where I need your help.    Each brand new study Bible cost around $21.98  shipping included. Large print or Spanish cost more. 
 
Your support is so appreciated - the financial aspect of course, but also knowing that people like you really care about the spiritual growth of these inmates.   : )  

UPDATE: Thanks to all the  online donors. You  hit and passed the $10 thousand mark! Wow! God is really blessing this prison ministry.  : )  The new  goal is $11,089.20 ( 20 more Bibles.)  I found out that if I order 4 cases at once, I can get a higher discount, sometimes saving  60% , sometimes the Bibles are on sale,  and sometimes I get free shipping. I'm aways checking to see how I can save money on each order, so your money goes  a lot farther!   We are expanding to include more prisons. Some of the chaplains are really dedicated to helping these inmates,  and they are so glad to receive these donated Bibles. The inmates are starting their own  Bible study groups and prayer meetings. I love to hear things like that!

* Some of these Bibles were sent separately to inmates involved in the correspondence Bible studies. Some are shipped by the case to prisons  or jails. Many inmates will never know that you helped get them a  Bible. But God knows!      : )
