Benin and Ibrahim Medical Fund

Benin (7) and her brother Ibrahim (8) are Iraqi orphans in the city of Karbala. The crucial living conditions and the war against ISIS and domestic terrorism has affected the environment, polluted the water and caused complete destruction to ports, causing the Health Department to collapse; and now unable to deal with chronic illnesses.
Benin and Ibrahim suffer from a severe skin blistering disease known as Pemphigus. Benin’s feet have turned into a block of flesh, and currently has no toes. This has affected her balance and is causing severe back pain when she walks. Ibrahim’s skin condition is also deteriorating and gradually heading in the same direction. All of the doctors they have visited in Iraq lack the necessary equipment and abilities to deal with such complicated condition. They are in need of specialist treatment, unavailable in Iraq.
The humanitarian association currently looking after Benin and Ibrahim is ‘Doctors Without Fees’, a struggling, basic and local non-for-profit organization in her city. I have attached the certificate of registration for the association, as well as images and a video of their condition. (note: Typo ‘Fees’, not ‘Fests’.).
As GoFundMe and similar websites do not operate in Iraq, The Imam Tawhidi Foundation is authorized to raise funds for Benin and Ibrahim’s treatment. All proceedings will be sent to ‘Doctors Without Fees Organisation’ to exclusively cover medical costs of Benin and Ibrahim.
Receipts of the financial transfers will be uploaded below on a quarterly basis via Western Union or Al-Taif Money Transfer which operates in Iraq and also has branches in Australia.
