Bear's Return and Training

Bear was adopted in August 2017 as a puppy and is now being returned due to two specific incidences. A neighbor's dog ran into Bear's apartment and the owner charged after her dog and Bear to grab her dog. Bear bit the woman out of fear. Another time Bear charged two small dogs who were barking at him in the apartment complex. He was on a leash and did not harm them or get near them but the incident scared the adopters. For these reasons, Bear is being returned to us. The adopters agreed to hold onto Bear until June. In June, Stephanie with Canine Alpha, will take Bear for board and train. Stephanie has worked with Bear in the past and we all agree that she is the best choice for working with Bear. Stephanie would like to keep him for at least two months . The fee will be $700 for the first month and $500 a week for the second month (a discounted rate from her usual fees, which we truly appreciate). These fees will include her working closely with whoever decides to adopt Bear. To account for fees that Gofundme takes out we need to raise $6200 total. We will keep everyone updated with his progress. We have a little less than a month to raise funds. If you can spare a few dollars for Bear we would greatly appreciate it.
