Preemie in Surgery-Family in need

Our little girl decided to come a lot sooner than expected. We tried stopping labor but there was no stopping her she was on a mission.
Started having contractions around 1pm. Went into the hospital around 5pm and was 3cm dilated.
Got some medication and steroids incase she decided to debut. Started pushing at midnight and two pushes later she arrived 12:02am on December 1st.

3 pounds 3 ounces and 15 inches long.
Since she was born with gastroschisis, she has been transferred to children’s hospital go start the process of putting her intestines back in her abdomen. In our little girls case, her bowel is a little more dilated than normal and a larger amount is outside than we would like. It will be several days before her tummy stretches enough for it all to go back in. Once it’s in, surgery will be done to access any obstruction or damage to the bowel. She’s currently stable but intubated and medicated to make sure she’s comfortable.

Now with this 7.5 week early debut, not much of anything is quite ready. My family is trying to come up with a schedule that accommodates everyone. Unfortunately my 1 year old isn’t allowed anywhere past any lobby in any part of the hospital so a lot of compromises are having to be made. My mom, sick with pulmonary hypertension, is unable to be of 100% assistance due to her health. She’s staying strong but still on the path to a heart and lung transplant.

We’re trying to make sure all our priorities are lined up and prepare for any obstacle that comes our way.

With how much we need for baby when it’s time for her to come home, and help with finances during this difficult time, anything anyone is willing to do to help out my family will be appreciated.
