At 15 Youssef's Life Was Cut Short
Donation protected
Thursday, February 8, 2018, on his way home from school, 15 year old Youssef Soliman, was tragically shot twice at point blank range. Despite being rushed to the hospital; Youssef’s injuries were fatal. Losing Youssef is not only a huge tragedy for his family, but for all of us. In addition to being a devoted son, a loving brother, a caring friend and a devoted deacon in our St. George Coptic Church, Youseff was a very talented basketball player who was being pursued by various scouting agents. In addition to his many talents, Youseff was a talented chef who was preparing to compete on junior top chef.
Youseff was taken from us way too soon. A wonderful, hardworking, dedicated young man, Youseff felt victim to poverty and being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Please help us to give Youseff the proper funeral he deserves and to help his family to relocate. Youseff is survived by his mother, father and two brothers. Let’s ensure that no one else from this family is further victimized.
