Who we are:
We're Matt O’Connor and Glenn Jeffrey - 2 cousins who have a shared vision, and are dedicated to making it real. Although we both have 'day jobs', movie making is our passion. In between work, kids' homework and sports functions, we have been meeting in our dining rooms, garages and basements to pursue our dream. With the support (and patience) of our families, we have gone from casual conversations about our dreams to the completion of multiple screenplays as well as several invaluable connections with industry professionals.
How we got where we are:
During our screenwriting journey, we were fortunate enough to discover the Rhode Island film production company Woodhaven Production Co. and got to know Woodhaven's president Tommy DeNucci. Since our first 'meeting' with Tommy, we have worked tirelessly to establish a sound professional relationship with him and his team.
In the spring of 2015, we teamed up with Woodhaven to produce a cinematic movie trailer for our latest screenplay 'Anders Manor'. Check it out below!
The story is about a mentally ill girl who has just completed her hospital rehabilitation, but comes face to face with her demons while visiting Anders Manor - a place that has many demons of its own!
Since the trailer went live, we have received tons of great feedback, with people asking, "When does the movie come out?!" This has led us to present day as we continue to prepare to shoot the Anders Manor feature film!
The finer details...
The current status of the project is multidimensional:
- We are fine tuning the completed script to prepare for shooting
- We have locked down the primary shoot location - our Anders Manor
- We have the full support and resources of the Woodhaven Production Co to produce and distribute the final product
- We are currently seeking talent and plan to attach at least one actor to a lead role soon
- Principle photography is scheduled for Fall 2016, with a release date of Spring 2017
- Major platforms to include Netflix, iTunes & Video On Demand

How you can become a part of Anders Manor:
Making a feature film is very fun and exciting, but it is also a business, and part of that business is gathering together supporters of our endeavor. People who enjoy helping to make dreams succeed. People who dig the film industry and independent filmmakers. People who like being a part of something greater - something that will live on long after the project is completed.
Showing support through this gofundme project means that you are becoming a huge part of our story, and our success! You are becoming part of the production of Anders Manor!
The total budget for our film is $50,000, but that number will not come solely from gofundme contributions. This is why we have set our gofundme goal lower than the total budget.
We are also working with private investors who will contribute substantial amounts of capital. If this type of investment is of interest to you, please contact us via email and we will send you all the details regarding investment options.
Although the project will have larger investors, the contributions of all gofundme supporters is vital to our success! Please also keep in mind that if for any reason we are not able to move forward with the making of Anders Manor, all contributions will be fully refunded. We're real people just like you, and we understand the value of hard earned dollars. If you have any reservations about contributing, we'd love to have a conversation with you and answer any questions you may have.
