Alpha Tech Lawsuit lawyer fees

I have been with this company ever since the beginning. It was a very promising opportunity for those of us that wanted to get a head start on litecoin mining. They were the only ones at the time stating they were going to start developing script coin miners.

To take part in this opportunity they required a 1/3rd down payment.  I had no problem with this and knew what I was getting into.  In their contract they had a certain due date that they were suppose to hit.  

They even had a forum on their website so we could talk about the new updates that they would share. The company seemed very promising!! They were very open in the beginning and we almost had new updates every 2 weeks sometimes even 1 a week!!

However, as the time went by people started to fear the worst. Rumors started to spread that they were never going to deliver. A lot of us doubted this but as the time went on so did the numbers of us doubting. Around the first due date they missed it miserably!!! At this point I was a little scared so I simply waited for the update which they said they were sorry and would make up for it by allowing us to have shares of the company.

They gave us a new delivery date and said the legality of the share program would soon be out.  We waited almost 3 weeks to a month and guess what???!!  They missed that deadline as well and told us it would be too difficult for them to even do a share program of any sorts.   At this point I raised an eyebrow and crossed my hands and shook my head in disapointment.  

They apoligized again and thanked everybody for being with them so long and promised that they would be out with a batch and would not offer us a share profit scheme different from the last.  As the time went by guess what!!! You got it!!!

They missed the next deadline. At this point I threw my hands in the air and said I want my money back. I sent them a polite email and stated " you have broken all contracts, Now I will be giving you one my self. I want a full refund and I shall leave you alone." ( not my exact words but you understand I hope) Before we could even negotiate, or simply come to an agreement of yes and no guess what happens!!!??? These jokers had the audacity to give me 1/3 of my money back and to tell me I WAS LUCKY TO GET ANYTHING BACK ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY!!!????

So now I am here with all of you.  So I figured since your going to be such a rude prick to everybody why don't we be a prick at you.  I plan on showing them what we the people of the world can do.  I have already spoken to a lawyer in the UK and he said he would be happy to help.  Also he said he could even do multiple people like a class action lawsuit.  

So now here is where you come in. I need to raise money for the lawyer fees that come with this wonderful service of taking these criminals down!!! If the same amount of people that bought the miners at that site would simply give me maybe 5 to 50 pounds each we could get this ball rolling like there an't no tomorrow!! I plan on doing this with a vengeance and I hope you can join me in this fight!!!

I have already contacted a lawyer in the manchester area where alpha is suppose to be based out of and they told me this should not be a problem.  Lets do this!!!
