ALL IN for Autism
We are trying to fill a need in our community (Northern Clermont County) for an adult Autism program geared towards the underrepresented individuals who need more support. We are building a service program that will focus on employment, daily living skills, and self-help skills. We are currently in need of start up funds that will help with legal paperwork and obtaining a physical structure where we can house our program.+ Read More
It's been a while since I've posted the gofundme, so here goes. We've had a number of productive fundraisers and are currently at about $4,000. While we are thrilled with this total, we are still about $46,000 away from what we think it will take to open. We have some ideas for funding, but it will all take time and a lot of effort. We encourage you to consider sharing our posts and/or making a donation. Every small bit counts. We are now officially non-profit as well, so we can provide donation letters if needed.
As we enter the holiday season, I encourage you to think about what you are thankful for. I am grateful to be in the position to make a difference in the lives of others. From now until the end of November I will do a 1 to 1 match on donations up to $1000 total. I would be truly humbled if I ended up donating this amount. Thank you everyone for your support!
We were very pleased with our first brick and mortar fundraiser this week, but we still have a long way to go. Please consider supporting our cause and, as always, please share!
Things have grown a bit stagnant on the fundraising trail. The good thing is that we now have brochures, business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. The bad news is that all of that costs money. I'm hoping that these items will result in increased awareness and support as we try to gain capital for our location.
