Big Mike’s Fight
Welcome family and friends. As some of you may know, our dear friend “big Mike” was diagnosed with advanced stage colon cancer last week and the Alibrandi’s world has been forever changed.
Anybody who knows the Alibrandi Family knows what a kind, selfless, incredible family man “big Mike” has always been. He takes immense pride in his beautiful family and is a doting husband, father, son, uncle, and friend to so many. Mike is the guy who always puts his family first, but somehow also finds time to take extra good care of his friends too. He is the guy who would unplug his own generator to keep a friend’s family warm (true story)!
Mike has a long road ahead, but he is ready! He will need all the love, support and prayers to carry him through his journey. Mike has touched so many with his kindness, humor, support and friendship. It’s now our turn to show him how loved he is and give him the added strength he needs to fight on.
With aggressive treatment that started immediately, Mike is not able to work, and Maureen will be caring for him. Please join in our rally to support big Mike, Maureen, Mikey and Jackie. Contributions will go towards helping with basic living expenses, groceries, prescription costs, uninsured medical expenses, parking fees, medical co-pays, and any other needs.
We ask that if you can give, please do. There is no such thing as a small donation and every little bit will help the Alibrandi’s through this next chapter.
