Dear Prospective Sponsor:
         Adrian Morgan           has been selected to participate in the Indianapolis Chapter of the Indiana Black Expo (ICIBE) Miss CEO “Cultivated Empowered Official”, Scholarship Series. ICIBE has provided scholarships to deserving young ladies since 1980 and it has a rich tradition within the Indianapolis community.  ICIBE wants to continue the legacy of empowering young ladies to be successful leaders in their communities.

The program includes workshops that will cultivate the minds of young ladies to obtain leadership positions and leverage their status to empower other women to be successful in the business world at large.

Workshops include:
Learn the art of public speaking
Develop an “Elevator Speech”
Create a bio
Learn the organizational structure of a business
Participate in a business case competition
Participate in a community service event
Become a leader and a mentor  

Upon successful completion of the workshops, the young ladies will participate in a program to showcase the skills they have honed, receive scholarship awards, and have the honor of being crowned ICIBE Miss CEO.

To successfully provide scholarships to young ladies, we depend on sponsorships from residents and organizations from the Indianapolis Community to assist us. Providing scholarships to deserving young ladies is such a joy to us at the ICIBE.  We want to continue the legacy of empowering young ladies to be successful in their future endeavors. The future CEO’s and the chapter would be honored to have you as a partner and help sponsor this year’s 2019 ICIBE Miss CEO Scholarship Series!
