Dear Friends,

We are already three months into 2018, and it is time for AZAHAR Foundation to gear up for the 2018 Yogathon, “Breathe in Yoga, Breathe out Peace.” Our plan is to run the Yogathon from now until the end of the year. Help us reach our goal to raise $100,000 by getting 5,000 people to donate $20 each.

How you can help:
-  if you are a Yoga teacher, you can do one or several classes to AZAHAR Foundation. We suggest that you ask for a minimum donation of $20 or equivalent in your currency, per person

- You can host a tea party or a dinner with friends

-  You can simply donate on our Go Fund Me Platform and share the link on FB, Instagram, or with at least 5 friends

What you are supporting:

 - Education and job opportunities in Yoga, the Arts and Peace Building for disadvantaged youth in Cambodia, Rwanda, Ivory Coast and to Syrian refugees in Lebanon.

- Yoga Teacher Training (local and international)

- Peace Curriculum (weekly) & Peace Camp (retreat); introduction into yoga, meditation, different traditional and modern art forms, non-violent communication and other disciplines that support peace building

- Professional Internships (specialized training in yoga, arts or peace building)

- Classes in NGOs (Yoga, circus arts, dance, poetry)

- Food distribution program through AZAHAR’s vegan restaurant Mahob Buos in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Wishing you all the best for 2018, and hoping to see you somewhere soon!

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and that freedom for all.
