Expand Special Needs Dance Program

Welcome to our fundraising page and THANK YOU for considering supporting our program's dream. Your donation will directly benefit the program A Chance To Dance in Charlotte, NC. This program offers dance classes for children and teens with special needs.
Our dream is to someday have an entire studio for the program. Your donated funds will be used to expand the program through access to rental studio space and the operating costs for that space. It will also help support our tuition scholarship fund for families in need.
Your support, whatever the amount, will mean the world to this program. They began the program 2 years ago with 7 dancers and have now, with grateful hearts, increased the size of their program for this upcoming year to 45 dancers! They have need for more space so they can offer more class times to even more dancers and make this program available to even more children. Your donation will also support many of these families can't afford tuition because much of their income goes toward several therapies for their children.
This program focuses on inclusion and allowing differently abled dancers the opportunity to shine just like any other child. Here is a link to the video about the program that was featured on the Today show
