My name is Heather Hopkins and I am a 38 year old coal miner's daughter, twisted sister, awesome wife, and one hell of a mother of three. Oh yeah!
I'm also an ARTIST!
I paint to keep my sanity.
I'm a classically trained artist and have been painting for over 25 years. Not everything I do is masterpeice but I have produced some really great works!
I am looking to start this project, A Painting a Day, to create a body of work to eventually exibit and sell. I am looking for donations to purchase canvases, paint and other needed supplys. Just think 365 canvases can get really expensive!
This project will be my job for the next year.
1 painting every day for the next 365 days starting today, August 27, 2014.
As of August 26, 2015 I will have 365 paintings as a body of work. My plan is to show this huge body of work in October of 2015.
Any amount $1 or as much as you like is appreciated.
