Dear Potential Investors,
After careful review, I’ve realized I haven’t provided very much proof for my claim other than an enthusiastic:
“I did it, I DID IT!"
"Please send money!”
(Albeit an other supposed inventor of a similarly purposed device made hundreds of thousands saying just that, on a 'sea king' named device he admitted parts are yet to exist)
So, to rectify this, I thought maybe should give some clue as to the inner workings of my 21st Century marvel.
And, I must add, this is completely viable today! No future hope of parts to come. All available now!
Problem is; how to describe what I've got/done? I tried to write out exactly how it works, and redact the sensitive parts that may give away the whole kitt & kaboodle.
Afterall, some of the best inventions make you say, “Why didn’t I think of that?” And worse for the originator/inventor, the modifying/upgrading plagiarist with money and a 10% change.
So, my redacted outline sorta looked like this:

The motor is xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx.
The simple process of xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxx a miniature xxxxxxx, is what powers the unit to move water in/out.
The mini-xxxxxxx that is reactant xx xxx xx/xxxxxx, is connected to a dual xxxxxx-xxxx arrangement that increases internal xxxxxxxx by xx xxxxx.
The internal xxxxxxxx performs a triple-purpose.
This tri duty consists of:
1. xxxxxxxx a current via xxxx and xxxxxxx xxxxxxx to separate O2 from the water via electrolysis;
2. It creates a central xxx-xxxxxxxx xxxxxx from which xx xxx the resultant O2 xxxxxx; &
3. To turn the double xxxxxxx xxxxx that moves the water at a rate of 2.1 Liters/min.
Not to be omitted, a permeable membrane xxxxxxx to assist xxxxxxxxx integrity and xxxxxxx tensional forces whilst allowing O2 to pass to the xxxxxxxxx zone.
And the most important addition: The CO2 feedback valve. In case of unexpected arc, this feature was added to prevent instantaneous xxxxx via xxxxxxxx to the xxxx.
So; employed herein and redacted, are the efforts of Myself, Tesla, Faraday, Archimedes, Venturi, Lenoir, & al-Muradi. ||
