Jay's Medical Fund

Jay went to the ER because he lost all strength and had pain radiating down his left arm. The hospital thought he was having a heart attack or stroke, and when they ruled those out, the brain MRI showed two aneurysms. They found that he has one that is 9mm and another that is 2mm. The neurosurgeon told Jay and his wife that he requires brain surgery to repair these aneurysms and that they will also have to place 2 stents into his brain. He gets an angiogram on Tues, Nov 21st and after that his surgery will be scheduled. He is a mechanic and firefighter (chief engineer) and was told today that he is unable to lift anything heavier than 25 pounds. Tires weigh more than that. He is unable to work, even before the angiogram and eventual brain surgery. With Christmas, their 10 yr old daughter's birthday the day after Christmas, and their regular monthly bills that they already stretch to pay, the high copays are putting them in big financial trouble.  ANY help is appreciated - God Bless You!
