Katy's Medical Bills
Very suddenly, last week Ms. Katy was admitted to the hospital after appearing jaundice in school. After extensive testing at the hospital she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We are devastated for her and her family. The medical team is striving towards aggressively treating the cancer which involves a major surgery followed by extensive recovery and continued treatment. Katy has a long road ahead of her and of course will not be able to return to work until cleared by medical professions.
During this difficult time medical bills are mounting and we would like to do all we can to help. . Every dollar raised will go towards medical bills and assisting the family. If there is any amount you could offer to help a deserving teacher, mother and friend please do so. Anything and everything is appreciated
Dear all, Words can not explain how grateful I am for each and every single of your beautiful comments, prayers and generous contributions. I can not lie, I am deeply scared of what tomorrow might bring but to feel all your support is what keeps me going! I miss my children as I always call them. I miss waking up everyday thinking how to challenge them and engage them into the theme of the day, but to see the calls and cards and to see all the support that Ms Sabrina and Ms Jane along with the parents and all my good friends from Preschool of America are showing puts a smile in my heart. I hope that life will give me the chance to do something in return for each of you. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts! Katy Carcamo & family
Ms. Katy, it was so difficult for us to accept this. May God be with you and your family. I believe in miracles and wishing you a complete recovery. Jonathan still revisits your class and continues to talk about you! You went up and beyond all our children and we are so greatful for having you in our lives. We are here for you! Stay strong!! ❤
Ms. Katy was my son's teacher last year at Preschool of America. Nicholas, my son, always comes home with loving stories of his day with her and his classmates. She was a great teacher and nurturer. It is very sad to hear about her pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Am still in shock with this news. She is a young mother and wife , and she needs our help with her medical bills. Thank you in advance!
Dear Katy, hang in there, we love you! Jeffrey and family will send our love and prays for you.
