Life changing surgery

My very kind, caring and loving sister who will do anything for anyone has damaged discs in her spine causing them to rub against her spinal cord. 
She is unable to work due to the excruciating pain and is at a point where she is struggling to walk.
Her neurosurgeon says she will only stop having the horrendous pain and regain almost normal activity with surgery and could get significantly worse without.
The CCG have decided they will not fund this surgery in Cornwall to save funds! 
She is a fantastic mum and auntie who is young, she’s partially through her medical secretary training and just wants what we all want a happy healthy family and a career. This is being taken away from her through no fault of her own.
The surgery will cost between £8.000 and £10.000 and she does not have access to this kind of money especially as she is off sick.
If our friends and loved ones could all donate just a little so we could help her get out of this pain keep her dreams of a career and a normal family life we would be so grateful.
We appreciate times are hard for everyone but anything you can manage would be amazing.
