Volunteering In South Africa
Donation protected
Thank you for taking your time to visit my page. As a child I would always see those adverts on the TV telling us to donate £3 a month for children in need, now I am old enough I want to do more than just donate money, I wish to take an active role in helping the children in any way I can. With your donations, even just £1 will help take me that one step closer in achieving my dream of volunteering in South Africa in July 2019. I do have a Saturday job which will help raise some money but currently being in full time education there is not much I can do.
As a volunteer I would be involved in:
- Assisting permanent staff with daily tasks
- Creating learning aids and educational toys
- General supervision
- Basic teaching, such as reading, writing, maths and art
- Help with meal preparations and feeding at lunch time
- General maintenance of the project
"Your time here will help these underprivileged children where your extra care and attention contributes so much to their life’s and will be highly appreciated by the staff, children and the local community"
Quoted from the volunteering programme
I would be sincerely grateful to all who could donate and help me achieve my dream, every penny would go a long way... Thank you
