Tanner's Amputation Surgery

Donation protected
Recently my sister's dog was in a scuffle with another dog and was tossed around causing his leg to break/shatter. The best option for him to have a happy fulfilling life  is to amputate the leg that was injured. As those of us with pets know this comes with a hefty medical/vet bill. Tanner is such a sweet boy and we want the best for him!! My sister recently had to cancel her anniversary trip to use that money towards vet bills. Over the past few months my sister and her family have spent over 5,000 on vet bills for tanner. He was just on the road to recovery after being diagnosed with epilepsy and suffering from seizures. That has been taken care of but now he is having his leg amputated from the injury suffered from the attack. This surgery alone is estimated at $4100 on the high end. $50 a month for phenobarbital, $160 for blood level checks a couple times a year. Vaccines were 400. I know that my sister would never ask for help and a friend of mine suggested a gofundme page to see if we could raise the money for part of his medical costs. I understand times are hard for many of us but if you have an extra few dollars laying around and could donate or even share the page it would be greatly appreciated as well as your prayers for the pup as he undergoes the surgery today. Thank you in advance!! Feel free to reach out to me with any other suggestions on how to help him adjust to his new lifestyle. I'm sure there are others who have gone through this and our family would love any advice we can get!!!
