Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund by ΔΤΔ

This GoFundMe will directly benefit the vicitms of Hurricane Harvey by way of the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. A fund Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner has established. The fund is administered by the Greater Houston Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. I will personally be withdrawing  and donating the funds raised here every other day to makre sure the money gets to where it needs to be quick.


Hello, my name is Hugo Gonzalez and I am a proud resident of Houston, Texas and member of Delta Tau Delta at Stanford University.  My fraternity is starting this page in order to get people from all around the country to unite and help Texas during this difficult time. The Houston metropolitan area has 6.5 million residents and has been devestated in ways the country hasn't seen since Katrina as the storm continues to rage on. Many Houstonians have lost their homes along with everything they have. Texas is going to need our help to rebuild and recover from this.

How soon are the funds needed:
These funds are needed constantly. Many that have lost their homes sometimes find it necessary to stay in shelters for weeks or even months.


Any amount will be appreciated to help these victims during these hard times.
