Sliver Spring Twp PD K-9 Unit

Unfortunately we lost K-9 Bruder back in 2019 but due to the community support last time we were able to add K-9 Tracker. Tracker now has 7 full years under his fur so we're adding K-9 Raff and are, once again, asking for support from our friends and community to continue the program.

We at the Silver Spring Township Police Department are looking to expand our K-9 unit with a second dog. Back in 2014 our current K-9, Bruder, was diagnosed with a form of cancer and the outpouring of support from the public was tremendous. We heard many times from people about "how they wanted to help out" and "what else could they do?" Bruder is back on duty and is in his 7th year of service (most K-9's work a 10 year period.) We are setting up this account to help fund a second K-9 in a fashion that allows those that wish to be involved to do so easily.
