Liver transplant needed for my dad

Me and my family are in need of collecting money so that my dad can receive a liver transplant. Juan Cruz is only 38 years old and has 6 kids and 2 grandchildren who love him so much and we don't want to see him leave so soon. He was diagnosed with endstage liver cirrhosis and he has been in the hospital 4 times this year since January because of his condition .He is in the hospital now because his lungs have build up fluid with blood and caused his right lung to collapse and the doctors say his condition will only get worse overtime.We don't want to see him suffer anymore . The only thing left for him to live longer is if he is able to get a liver transplant. Please, anything will help. Me ,my mom, and my siblings will forever be grateful with any amount that is donated for our dad.Thank you.
