~ Ahijah's Peaceful Birth Fund ~
Our Miracle Boy - Ahijah - will be welcomed into the world on May 23, via a complicated c-section, and I am reaching out to my Beloveds and Community to help make his landing a safe, abundant one!
Due to the medical issues involved, Ahijah's arrival will be very different than the one we had planned and hoped for. Requiring a longer recovery time than expected for me, in which I will also need more physical support from Papa Christopher and other family members who will be traveling in to help for extended periods of time.
We are determined to make the whole expereience as peaceful as possible and one way for us to do that is to reach out and ask for help beforehand - laying a solid foundation for a joyous birth and post partum time.
I am asking my Community and Beloveds for support in any form you can give - and if that's financial, in any amount that speaks to your heart. It goes without saying that even $10 can manifest a meal or an hour of time that someone can help with chores etc., allowing us the freedom to rebound from this "change of plan" in a healthy and stress-less way.
The goal amount is reflective of what I am going to need to cover my increased rental and moving costs (I must move from my current location as soon as possible - this was a known event, but has to happen sooner than expected because of the surgery date) and will allow for me to have the recommended time off work to fully recover from surgery. This also includes the additional costs for more family (specifically my mom and son from Idaho) to travel and increase their planned stays - so that I will have adequate physical and emotional support throughout the recovery process.
It is with much humble gratitude that I ask for your help! It is difficult for me to do so - and I am thankful for GoFundMe for giving me a vehicle from which to facilitate the asking.

Yesterday, with the help of a generous friend, I was able to move the bigger items I will need into the place I will be living for now. Very grateful!
But it is difficult to maintain a positive outlook when homelessness is still looming in my very near future.
