My moms health is going downhill

I am trying to raise money for my moms very needed surgery. This money will help her with medical expenses as well as travel to the hospital in Tampa, The Norman Parathyroid Center. She is currently uninsured due to being out of work for quite some time because of her longtime undiagnosed illness. Recently she was taken by ambulance to her local hospital 3 times in less than 5 weeks and misdiagnosed with heart problems and put on blood pressure medication , the wrong medication that caused even more problems! SO...,We brought her down south with us, to another hospital with different doctors and more testing. They took her off those terrible meds and said her heart was fine for now. She was rediagnosed with Hyperparathyroidism and Hypercalcemia, which means that calcium is being pulled from her bones and being dumped into her bloodstream and sticking to the walls of her veins and arteries. left untreated will cause heart problems and hardening of the arteries. This is caused by her Hyperparathyroidism which she was also diagnosed with. One or more of her parathyroid glands has a tumor and is putting out too much PTH hormone which affects heart rate,kidney function,vitamin D and calcium to her bones. the new doctors looked at old blood test results that she kept and found that this has been going on since 2011. So we now know why she has been so overly tired and fatigued for so long, why she has had no appetite and is now rapidly losing weight, why her teeth have all mostly broken,why her bones break so easily, why she is losing her vision and memory so quickly and why her hair and skin are always so dry no matter how much lotion she uses!

This surgery takes less than 30 minutes and WILL save her life!!! Her vision and memory will come back, her bones will get stronger because the calcium will stay where it belongs, the calcium will leave her bloodstream, all in just a few weeks...

She has applied for temporary medicaid and turned down.... She has applied for financial aide thru the doctor for surgery and they are only willing to help with $750. and she is responsible for the remaining $12,670...
