Help me go to Boston

Hey everyone! I feel weird as to doing this but it was recommended to me from a friend so i figured why not give it a chance. I've had this medical issue with my hands for a long time now as you guys probably already know by now from my Facebook post recently and now I believe it is time to ask for my friends for help and support. I need to go down to Boston to get my hands looked at and treated but my current issue is money. With my two daughters and supporting them it is very hard for me to save up to be able to go otherwise I'd be down there right now. Any help from friends and family would be greatly appreciated.
