Amsterdam Marathon for Ted

In February of this year, the world lost a wonderful person to suicide. Ted was a friend to everyone, he had an infectious smile that could light up any room and he is missed every day by so many.
The suicide rates in this country are shockingly high; and each one of these preventable deaths leaves behind devastated families and friends, whose lives have been changed forever. Men under the age of 45 are more likely to die from suicide than any other cause...it’s time for that to change. Preventing young suicide is everybody’s responsibility and it needs to be taken more seriously.
In memory of Ted, his brother Max has set up the Ted Foundation, which will aim to prevent similar tragedies. On the 21st October, myself and 50 others are running the Amsterdam Marathon to raise money for the Ted Foundation.
