Childhood Cancer

Little 5 yr old baby Jermaine has been fighting cancer all of his life. He has hydrocephalus w/dandy walker malformation & Optic pathway glioma and the doctors have now informed his mom that he may be in his last days. 

His mom is a single parent of 4 kids and is currently unable to leave his side for work. Please help support this family through this time. There is no life insurance in place due to his diagnosis at an early age.
