Ray's Vet Bill

This baby was found at Smile Dental in Humble. He was dumped in a box and left there for 4 days. He is currently at Eastex Vet in Humble and will need surgery. He is around 14 years old and will need to have his eyes removed cause they are almost shriveled
up to nothing. He had fleas horribly when we got him. Ray also has no teeth. Please help us cover his vet bill and raise money for transport for him to go to a rescue.
