I want to live

I'm in stage 3 heart failure my Job fired me and I lost insurance I'm in need of a life vest to use daily and I'm afraid my heart will stop as are my doctors hence why they want me to get it I'm in and out of the hospital so much now and without insurance things are getting rough I've kept my medical condition to myself for a while now but I'm scared I'll die without the help and care I need so hard to makes end meet now a days..
