The mission of the International Women's Air & Space Museum (IWASM) is to preserve the history of women in aviation and space and to document their continuing contributions today and in the future and inspiring the youth of tomorrow.
With the costs of rent increasing, we are in danger of closing down our education room. This room provides a learning environment for children of all ages. Whether it is using a flight simulator to experience the thrill of flying or going against gravity to jump planet to planet, this room inspires our future pilots and astronauts.
The education room is an essential tool in teaching our children that they can be whoever they want to be when they grow up. The room helps showcase those who have gone against the odds and made a historical name for themselves.
The room is used during our children's events, including Family Day, and incorporated into our children's programs and tours.
With every donation, we become closer and closer to keeping this room open. The IWASM family thanks you for your generosity.
