Help Cedille walk again!

Hello everyone! My name is Cedille and I'm a little Yorkshire Terrier. I'm 9 years old and I was living happily with my family but sadly those days may come to an end if nothing is done.
Why you ask? Because I injured my leg badly. I didn't say anything to not alert my dear family but in the end, I couldn't hide it. The veterinary told them about my injury : a RACL. A "Ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament". Because of that, I'm forced now to limp on three legs all the time, I can't go upstairs or downstairs without help and even less going outside. I try to remain lively to show that's everything is ok, that it doesn't hurt but deep inside I'm depressed. If I can't run, asking for hugs and more, then, what can I do? Thanksfully, a surgery can help me being able to move freely again but it came at a cost. And that cost, my family can't afford it. 600€ (~650$) doesn't seems a lot but we got already money problems. My owner's husband left home, leaving her with 2 children, a house too big for everyone and expenses are already bad enough that we barely end the month with some money. They want to help me getting better but we all feel bitter. Either for being unable to help or for injuring myself.
So I need your help for the surgery's bill for my leg. And the problem is that I need it soon. Surgeons told us that we need to make the surgery during the next week or the worse can come. My other leg can start having problems because my weight is all on it, and even leaving me unable to walk, leading to a certain death because the only solution would be to euthanize me.
Everyone in the family love me. I'm always here to bring joy in time of need where they feel down. They'd be heartbroken if I suddenly disappear forever and I'd feel sad for leaving them, because of my own fault. I'm like another child for my owner after all.
That's why, every single euro (or dollar) can help my family to pay the surgery I need. Everything is welcomed, no matter how small the donation is.
