Wildlife Conservation Volunteering

As some of you may know I have been accepted onto a 2-week volunteering course in Costa Rica in July next year with GVI. It will be a life changing experience getting to see new cultures, and being able to make a difference to the fast deteriorating wildlife in the area.
During the weeks I will live and work at a research station, in the middle of a Costa Rican national park, alongside Jaguars turtles and Monkeys. This program that I am volunteering with collects information to help save and learn more about the behaviour of these endangered species.
Some other objectives of this trip include rescuing hurt/sick, rehabilitate, release and observing these wild animals.
The entire cost of the trip is just over £1500 (not including travel). The money I raise will be used to help pay for my food/living and will be put to good use covering the cost of the trip. Any little donation would mean so much to me. Your generous donations will help to drive change. I will also be raising money through out the months leading up to my trip such as taking part in car boot sales/ bake sales and sponsored activities.
