7th WKFC Fund Phillip & Roger

Sifu Phillip Dang and Coach Roger Rosales have been selected to the US Traditional Wushu Team and will be competing at the 7th World Kung Fu Championships in Emeishan, China from Nov 7th- Nov 11th 2017.  Both of them will each be competing in two individual events for the team.  Since the US Wushu Kung Fu Federation does not have the funds to  support member athletes for their travel, training or competition costs, lets all pitch in to help support their current competition journey in China.

Coach Roger Rosales has been practicing Wushu for over 20 years and specializes in Changquan, Daoshu, Gunshu, Tongbei and more.  He has won numerous national and international top placings in Wushu competitions and looks to follow-up with a great performance in Emeishan, China in November.

Sifu Phillip Dang started Wushu in 1994 and has been a US Team Taolu member from 2003-2015 competing around the world  He is the former head coach of the UO Wushu Team and is well known in the US for his expertise and accomplishments in Wushu.  He is well-rounded in Changquan, Jianshu, Qiangshu as well as other Wushu styles.
