Everest Base Camp Climb, St Aidan's

Shelley Atkins from Diversefit will be climbing to Mount Everest Base Camp in March 2016 for Charity. Raising money for a very worthy cause, a local centre called St Aidan's Services, Gorey, County Wexford which is used by 300 plus services users a week with Intellectual Disbabilities.(www.saintaidansservices.com)

Shelley will undertake this incredible challenge in March to raise as much money as possible.

Shelley is no stranger to crazy fundraising challenges, and wanted to do something like hike Mount Everest Base Camp. Shelley knows this is not going to be an easy ride, as it would hopefully encourage interest and support from others, therefore, creating interest and support for an amazing cause. Shelley has some trepidation about the problems altitude can cause, but it's an amazing opportunity that Shelley just couldn't pass on; it's a once in a lifetime chance.
