Medical Expenses & Recovery Costs

In 1997, my mother started having grand mal seizures at the age of 26.  Medications have been unsuccessful in controlling them.  They've become so bad that her neurologist is concerned about SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).  Within the last few years her seizures have required immediate medical attention and ICU stays while being on a ventilator.  Lobectomy and craniotomy are our only hopes in either stopping or reducing the severity and/or frequency of the seizures.  This is our last hope for my mother to resume a normal life, not only for herself, but also for our family too. 

Due to the severity of the seizures my mother has been unable to work for the past several years.  This places a large burden on my father who works nonstop to provide for my mother, myself, and my 8 brothers and sisters. 

I am trying to raise money to help pay for the medical bills, offset costs, and help provide for my brothers and sisters while my father is out of work during my mothers surgery and her recovery.
