Help me have the surgery i need

My name is Olivia mishoe and I got bit by a spider went to the emergency room and they told me I needed to go see a specialist in Chattanooga I live 2 hours away from Chattanooga I told them I had no way to get there and they still sent me home so now I'm stuck I need $1,500 so I can get a bus ticket food and have a way home so I can get my hand amputated before I end up having to lose my entire arm anything will help I just don't wanted to keep getting worse and worse I have no family to help me hopefully God will I'm praying there's anything anybody can do let me know
