Halton Railway Station, the home to both Lancaster University Canoe and Rowing clubs has sadly experienced the worse of the Lancaster Floods this December.
Halton is used to store our boats, canoes, safety boats and equipment. Much of this equipment has been damaged beyond repair from the river which rose 8m in under 24 hours.
It is our first priority to raise funds to restore Halton to a safe and usable condition. Once this is done, any additional funds will go towards repairing and possibly replacing the boats and equipment which we sadly lost in the flood.
