David finally gets back surgery !!

This is my husband David Lepoidevin. He has been suffering terrible pain in his back for at least 10 years. David has seen doctor after doctor over the years. They have done x-rays, CT scans, and all kinds of tests and found nothing. Finally he found a doctor that really looked at his spine. They found out he has spinal stanoisis, degenerative disc disease and pinched nerves. On April 19 2016 he will be having Laminotomy surgery. We live about 100 miles from the hospital that will be doing the surgery. We will have to make 3 trips into Vancouver. The pain David gets in his back makes it very hard for him to sit in the car. We will have to spend the night each time. The 3 trips will cost us about $ 600 for the motels, gas and food. That does not include anytime off that I have to take. David applied for disability 4 years ago and has not received it yet. Please help us.
