Scott needs new tires

My roomate recently had his tires slashed in Baltimore because he apparenlty parked in a spot ( a public street) that somebody had "claimed." He is considered essential personnel at Walter Reed in DC so had to work on the monday after the big storm we had this week. He cleaned out a whole spot to get out and did not leave any signs claiming it his. When he tried to go to work the next day (again essential personnel) he noticed his tires were slashed. People in the neighborhood who have heard about what happened have offered to donate so I am hopeing this is a good place for people to donate for new tires if they wish.
