Tim Laughlin's Medical Fund

Tim Laughlin has been in ministry for over 35 years. He has founded and directed several Christian drug and alcohol residential programs for men and women. He and His wife Mary Ann have served in prison ministries, benevolent ministries, counseling and support multiple missions, organizations and families both here and abroad.


    At 71 Tim is still active and involved in counseling, writing and teaching those who desire a deeper walk with Christ. Throughout his ministry he has walked by faith and trusted God for his finances and at times works selling industrial equipment. Two months ago he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and is undergoing tests and procedures at this time to determine what the doctors want to do to treat it.


    Although on Medicare, his bills so far from a 9 day stay in the hospital and a procedure to scope and biopsy the tumor, have run up to almost $90,000.00 which require a co-pay. The next procedure is on the 22nd of May.  A payment up front of at least $5,000 will be required before any procedure can be done; however; the estimated total amount of the procedure is going to be upwards of $100,000.  His wife and one of my oldest and dearest friends, Mary Ann is disabled with a debilitating disease called Dystonia, a movement disorder much like Parkinson's and she does not drive or work other than what she does in the ministry.

I have known Tim and Mary Ann for over 30 years. I have ministered along side of them and can attest to the fact that they have dedicated their entire life to serving others without ever asking anything for themselves. Their hearts are so very pure before the Lord.
