George Harris Love & Support Fund

George Harris is a Dear Friend to so many.  Hes a chess coach in a New York City school system as well as a private tutor in his Personal time to Underprivileged students in his community.  Those of us who know and love him would have to agree that He always has a Genuine smile on his face To compliment his generous spirit.  But what some of us may not know because of his private nature, Is that over the last few years Not only was he diagnosed with diabetes, he has also had to deal with quite a few expensive An extensive surgeries. One being the Amputation of his right lower leg and foot.  Fast Forward to today Unfortunately George is in the hospital again, actually hes in ICU  Due to complications from an infection. (He passed out in the train station on the way to his weekend job) And even though he continues to get up every single day to go work and then in his spare time he continues to give private lessons To underprivileged youth, His bills are surmounting and are actually beginning to get the best of him.  The purpose of this go fund me campaign is to allow our friend the time he needs to really heal And get better without the worry and burden of losing his apartment and other Personal belongings that he has worked so hard to acquire After the loss of his leg.  As a community this is an opportunity to support one of our own.
