My sweet niece

This is Stefanía, my niece; the sweetest, most loving and cheerful little 5 year old. She is like another grandchild to me and my wife.
About 3 weeks ago, she was having a lot of neck pain, headaches and would occasionally feel nauseated and at times would vomit. She was also not eating as much as we know she could, and was a bit lethargic.
Her mother took her to the doctor several times, and they finally said it was sinuses and started treating for that.
However, she was still not her normal wild self.
Her parents decided it was time to bring her into the hospital, because they weren’t seeing improvements nor their little girl back to herself.
At the hospital they ran tests, and a cat scan. Then, the worst possible news any parent can hear; is your daughter has a brain tumor and tumors in the spine.
At that moment, we all broke down, and didn’t know what to think, why has Gd given us this malice to our family.
The next day, the doctors decided they needed to operate on her immediately. And so they did. After 6 1/2 hours of long, anxious, and nervously waiting. The doctors came out and said that she had multiple brain tumors, and they were able to remove 2 out of the 3 that she had. We were content that the surgery had gone well, the child was in recovery, and will come out of this strong.
Around 8 days later, on March 5th, 2018 the results were in on the biopsy. And yet, another heartbreaking result; she has HIGH GRADE MALIGNANT TUMOR WITH EXTENSIVE GLIAL DIFFERENTIATION / HIGH GRADE GLIOMA. The tumors in the spine seem to be cerebrospinal fluid that had built up.
Now the parents of this innocent child, have to go thru something they never in their lives thought imaginable. To put a young soul into chemotherapy and radiation as soon as possible.
They have two other children, one is 7 years old, and the other a 2 year old. The mother is a stay at home mom, and the father works hard to provide for them.
The parents at this point need all the prayers, help and support they can get.
