Josh and Brittney Benson, and their 3 little girls need your support at this time to enable them to retain a new attorney to prevail against Josh’s guilty verdict on October 26th. Josh was wrongly accused of felony theft in relation to a constrution project and then represented by an incompetent attorney. He could be facing two years in prison. But he has a good chance of an appeal, a mistrial, or the case even being thrown out because of his former lawyer’s negligence, incompetence and mishandling of the case.
He has a tough, powerhouse in his new attorney and we know he will prevail. His new attorney needs a $10,000 retainer by Monday, November 5th for her to file motions with only a 14 day window to do so. Timing here is crucial!
The entire attorney’s fees will range around $35,000.
