Help Me, Help My Grandmother

Im currently working hard to bring my 94 Year old grandmother from Puerto Rico to New York to stay permanently. My goal is to rent out a apartment where She can live with my partner and I and where we can take better care of her. My grandmother suffers from many health problems, such as high blood pressure, back hernias and severe knee pain.The living conditions in Puerto Rico have worsen her health.Unfortunately I do not have the proper funds to do this myself. Your help is greatly appreciated, any donations help. Please help me better her life at this moment of crisis. Thank you all and may god bless you always.

Actualmente estoy trabajando duro para traer a mi abuela de 94 años de Puerto Rico a Nueva York para quedarse permanentemente. Mi objetivo es alquilar un apartamento donde pueda vivir con mi pareja y yo y donde podamos cuidarla mucho mejor. Mi abuela sufre de muchos problemas de salud, tales como presión alta, hernias de la espalda y dolor severo en la rodilla. Las condiciones de vida en Puerto Rico han empeorado su salud. Desafortunadamente no tengo los fondos adecuados para hacer esto yo mismo. Su ayuda es muy apreciada, cualquier donación ayuda. Por favor, ayúdenme a mejorar su vida en este momento de crisis.
