RN Pinning Ceremony

We are the 2019 graduating nursing class of Gateway Community and Technical College. As we enter our final semester of the registered nursing program we are planning for graduation, our state boards, and most importantly our pinning ceremony! The pinning ceremony is a special, intimate reception held in our honor to acknowledge our transition from nursing students to nurses. Only our friends, family and faculty will be attendance to witness us take this monumental step forward in our lives. However, our school does not currently have a budget allowing for balloons, flowers, or food at the ceremony. We are asking for anyone to donate what they can to make our day extra special. Nursing school is quite expensive and we are doing all we can just to be able to afford the cost of attaining our licenses once we graduate. Whatever funds we raise that is left over after the ceremony will be split evenly between the 22 of us to help offset the cost of registering for the NCLEX. God bless, keep calm and nurse on!
